Reledo has partnered with the owners of two additional specialist firms – enjojj and Returab – to strengthen Reledo’s position within coffee, fruit, recycling, and waste management services for offices and workplaces. The entrepreneurs have reinvested approximately 30% of the transaction proceeds.
Established in May 2023, Reledo delivers bundled facility management solutions to small- and medium sized companies. As of December 2023, Reledo had pro forma sales of around SEK 400m and employs around 500 people.
The acquisitions of enjojj and Returab mark an important step for Reledo in broadening its offering of FM-services. Reledo is currently in dialogue with several other high-quality entrepreneur-led companies and looks forward to continuing expanding the group.
